Dianne Jacob's book Will Write for Food is a valuable reference for those looking to start a career, sideline, or second career in food writing. It's won awards for food reference. It's engaging and actionable. Most of all it's written by a successful food writer who really knows her biz. I encourage you all to pick it up if you can--at least peruse it in a bookstore or library. You won't be sorry.
